01 — END-TO-END
Complex parts from concept to finished assembly. One shop. Full process control. DFM catch before metal cuts.
Complex geometries for jet turbine exhaust manifolds, calibration assemblies, and flight hardware.
Intricate cuts, tight radii, and keyways in hardened exotic alloys to ±0.0001″.
CAD modeling, reverse engineering, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM). We flag bad tolerances, weak specs, and parts that could potentially be problematic in the manufacturing process.
In-house heat treating, specialized welding, vacuum/torch brazing, and precision hand fitting.
02 — BME CONSULTING
Most shops only cut what you send. We offer direct engineering feedback and communication for improvements to the manufacturing process.
Most machining and manufacturing companies can only build your part assuming it is accurately designed and presented with correct tolerances, specs, viable materials, etc. And we can too.
However, BME Consulting brings both a Designed for Manufacturing (DFM) and engineering perspective to help identify potential pitfalls, as well as solutions for your project. Often the Design Engineering team and the Manufacturing team work independently and are faced with part designs that lack manufacturability, leading to delays and even product stalls. Let BME help you avoid potential costly delays and mistakes by handling the manufactuing of your Parts.
